Counselling

Our counsellors provide a safe space to discuss any personal problems you may be having that are holding you back from getting to a place where you feel happy. We are also here for relationship and family counselling to help work through problems, together.

Psychotherapy and EMDR

Our psychotherapists empower you with the tools you need to overcome negative behaviours. Psychotherapy includes various talking therapies which are used to treat difficulties such as depression, anxiety and eating disorders. These include therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an effective treatment if you have emotional difficulties which have occurred following a traumatic life event. Your therapist will use this approach to help your brain make sense of the memories and help ease the distress they cause.
