Psychotherapy and EMDR
Our psychotherapists empower you with the tools you need to overcome negative behaviours. Psychotherapy includes various talking therapies which are used to treat difficulties such as depression, anxiety and eating disorders. These include therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an effective treatment if you have emotional difficulties which have occurred following a traumatic life event.
