Our private physiotherapy sessions are available at a time that suits you, on a pay-as-you-go basis. No waiting lists, no referral needed. 

We know that muscle and joint pains can have a big impact on your life, your work and your training plan, but we’re here to make sure that it doesn’t stop you. 

John and the team are vastly experienced, approachable and trusted experts within their field. We are passionate about working with you to help you achieve your goals and we aim to provide that personal touch to your treatment and rehabilitation plans to get you back to feeling yourself again. 

We have a vast experience of working with elite athletes and believe strongly in providing the same standard of care for everyone, allowing you to benefit from the same tried and tested techniques used by professional athletes.

Proactive physiotherapy:

We understand you have busy lives and want to get better quickly. The key to this is early accurate diagnosis and then assessing your strength, balance and range of motion to facilitate your recovery. We believe in a hands on approach to treatment and all over our physiotherapists are experts in manual therapy. 

Personal Touch:

Information is power and for you to recover, and our physiotherapists understand that you need to know how to help yourself outside of our treatment room. Every consultation that you see us for will involve a mix of manual treatment, exercise instruction but most importantly education to empower you to get control of your situation and help yourself make a full recovery. 

Movement & Exercise Rehab:

Through experience we see that when joints are in pain the muscles around the joint cannot work as effectively and so therefore the muscles can become weaker. If you aren’t taught specific exercises to recover your strength you may struggle to return to how you were pre-injury and you can then be prone to problems in the future. We aim to educate you on how best to exercise and to support you through a rehab process. We are the experts in exercise prescription. 

Outcome Driven:

When we plan sessions we’re always thinking about how problem areas affect the body as a whole. We want you to be motivated to get stronger and commit to a period of rehabilitation. We will make specific measurements so that we can chart your progress and decide when you are safe to return to what you want to do. We will also give you tips on how to cut the risk of many common injuries from sports injuries, like sprains and strains, and injuries to the back and neck. This allows us to provide a proactive health plan to care for your overall wellbeing and not just be reactive when injury should occur.
